Co-owner Justin Briggs has worked as an elevator mechanic for 20+ years. Justin began to notice that the larger elevator companies were taking on more work than they could handle, leading to a poor customer experience.

Justin often expressed his discontent to his high school best friend and owner of Integrity Construction & Design, John Perry. John started Integrity Construction & Design in 2007. As a small-business owner, John understands the importance of the customer experience.

During the summer of 2022, they decided to make their idea a reality. Justin left his job the fall of ‘22, and Integrity Elevator LLC was born. Like Integrity Construction & Design, Integrity Elevator strives to live up to the name of “Integrity,” providing superior customer service that you can trust at a reasonable price.
